The National Institute for Leadership Advancement took place in Seattle, Washington from July 30th through August 3rd. Connie Elizarraraz (SHPE-SB President '03) and Alfonso Anaya (SHPE-SB Internal VP '03) went for three days to learn more about the organization, techniques to improve our chapter, how to retain membership, and much more.
